and are ready to be real. It's been a while since I recorded. Sorry about that. Life happens. I think we live

in a world that is full of suffering. I know that I've talked to a lot of you one-on-one just with my own personal health journey and the

suffering I've been through. I know a lot of you suffer from health issues as well or mental

illness or sickness in your family. I feel like there was things I was worried about last week

on Thursday that I was like, okay, I need to do this. I need to do that. And there's

things that I was juggling and kind of worried about. And then Friday, I didn't give a rats

behind about it because of something that happened in my family. And I know it was true for my

sister as well. I put up a video and I've been sharing a lot with my Marco Polo girls and my patron and I just started locals.

So that as well.

I'm trying to like do both Patreon and locals for a little bit and then I'll switch just to locals.

So I've been telling them and filling them in, but I haven't really filled you in as the public,

because as things were unfolding, I didn't know what I could share, what I couldn't share.

But I needed prayers.

I know I needed prayers right away.

So on Friday, my sister, she's 14 months older than me, so super young and beautiful.

And actually, she's in really good shape. She really is beautiful. I was kind of joking, but she

really is. She's gorgeous. On Friday, so she teaches like workout classes. She does weights, kind of crawfish, crawfish

style, no, crossfit style type workout. So my sister is really buff. So if you see a picture

over her, you're like, whoa. Like, she's just, big muscles, very strong, and in really good
