Fear is a feeling given to us by God to help keep us safe in certain situations. Fear is NOT an excuse to not do the thing that we know darn good and well we should be doing. Do a Facebook live, sign up for a 5K, quit the job, write the email, make the ask! You don't need to get past your fear. Instead, process the feeling and then move on and do the thing!
