Welcome to The Damage Report everybody. It is of course a somber day as it is across the country,

the anniversary of the attacks of 9-11, which we will be talking about at the close of this episode.

It will be recounting our experiences back on that day and reflecting a little bit on what has

happened in this country in the far more than a decade that has happened since that attack.

But much, much more on the show as well. We're going to be starting off with some of the excerpts

from Bob Woodward's book Fear. It is now available. We have a copy. I have not read it yet,

but we do have a little bit of what is revealed in that book. And then after we move on from that

global warming, what do people think needs to be done about it and how does it break down along

racial lines? We have some fascinating data for you. And in the second half of the show, we're going

to be joined by Wesley Bell, who just won the Democratic primary for St. Louis's County Prosecutor

position. And thanks to no Republican opposition, he is likely to become that county prosecutor.

We're going to be talking a bit about the needed reforms in that area in terms of criminal justice.
