Here's your midday brief for Wednesday, February 18th. I'm Alex Osala for the Wall Street Journal. The Food and Drug Administration has agreed to begin a review of Moderna's new flu shot.

The agency reversed course from earlier this month when it refused to start the review.

A regulatory filing shows Berkshire Hathaway stock holdings during Warren Buffett's last

few months as CEO.

Berkshire sold shares in Bank of America and Apple and added a new position in the New York

Times during the December quarter.

The company also cut its Amazon position by 77%.

Greg Abel, Buffett's handpicked successor, became CEO at the beginning of this year.

And American skier Michaela Schifrin has won the gold in the women's slalom.

It's the third gold of her career. She now has more gold medals than any other U.S.
