But the recent activity plea arrangement, plea deal, whatever you want to call it,

in the Gilgo Beach murders, of course, that's Rex Newman.

And we have just heard in the last couple of

weeks that Rex is going to plead guilty, already pled to seven murders, but is going to make it

an eighth when he pleads guilty to the murder of Karen Vergata, who would be his eighth murder.

And part of this plea arrangement is that Rex Newman has agreed to be interviewed by the FBI behavioral analyst unit, behavioral analysis unit,

because they want to study this guy's brain,

you know, what was making this guy tick, what made him become a serial killer.

Those are all the things that we want to find out.

We want to find out as the community around New York that for 33 years

since the very first murder of Sandra Castilla in 1993, out in Manorhaven, that's near Southampton,

Easton, Long Island. That was connected to Rex Uwomen late in the game.

They didn't realize he did that until a couple of years ago.

And he was connected to that case by a hair that was collected and processed from the back of Sandra Castilla.

And that hair was identified because of the technological advances in the processing of DNA.

And that hair belonged to Rex Schuhrmann.
