Today's going to be a kind of a different kind of episode. I have on retired FBI agent Dave Nodalski.

Dave started as a police officer outside Detroit and then he worked for the FBI.

During his career with the FBI he worked for foreign counterintelligence matters,

public corruption, civil rights violations, bank robberies, and

major crimes, gang investigations, and government fraud investigations.

He ended his career in Boston as a squad supervisor. Now usually the format of the podcast I asked the same you know kind

of boilerplate questions and we get into some stories from the guest police

career but today we're going to focus mainly on the Loomis Fargo vault sting.

This is the largest case of Dave's long career and it's a it's a planned

heist of $100 million that took place in the Boston area.

The case itself involves, it's kind of two parts, it involves an informant named Tony Romano, kind of Dave meeting him and developing him into an informant who then infiltrates it like a really dangerous Boston crime gang. And it's just a really dangerous Boston crime gang and it's just a really fascinating story and I think you're

really gonna like it I'm gonna have Dave come on I'm gonna I'm gonna give him a call

And then I'm just going to give him the floor. He's going to tell the story of the Loomis Fargo-Valt-Sting.
