about this man, Jabbar. It features this new poster, two new images from an hour before the

attack. Also an image of one of the two coolers, each containing an improvised explosive device,

which, according to the FBI, Jabar, placed near the attack.

Now, officials say he was, quote, 100% inspired by ISIS.
