Well, real estate syndication is essentially raising pools of funds from multiple different investors.

Raising money like the big boys do is how I like to put it.

well, they syndicate them. They pull together funds and resources from multiple different

investors. There's not many times where really large deals are done by just one individual

alone that ponies up 20, 30, 40 million dollars. Majority of the time, they are syndicated

and they pull these funds together for multiple different investment sources or investors and if you go back to actually my podcast i think it was
