I'd like to welcome you to the Fantasy Baseball Beat, part of the Pitcher List Podcast Network. Thank you so much for joining us. My name is Torres.

I'll be your host today. This is a new chapter for us here at the fantasy baseball beat.

This is our first episode as part of the pitcherless podcast network. We're so grateful to be here.

And for Nick Pollock to give us this opportunity to be part of this great platform that he's created.

For those of you have listened and who have supported us during our time with Triple Play Fantasy, I do want to say thank you.

For those of you tuning in for the first time and who maybe aren't already familiar with the show, I just want to take a few minutes to kind of give you an overview of what you can

expect from us.

So the goal of our show is simple.

Provide you with informative, insightful, and entertaining fantasy baseball analysis. Part of the way that we do that is we

interview MLB beatwriters and insiders, and we ask them questions through a fantasy baseball-focused lens.

We also, and I say we, me and my co-host, we try to give you our insights and analysis on the fantasy game with our goal being to help you make you a better fantasy baseball player.

So let me tell you about my co-host.

Let's start with Mike Carter.

You may know him from fan tracks and rotoballer.

He's a writer over there.

He's been my partner in crime since

the beginning of this show aside from having the worst twitter handle ever created mike is known

for his work at uh on bullpen's uh he's done a great job for a long time writing about bullpens and

everybody's favorite category, which is saves.

So encourage you to check out his work, and I think he adds such important analysis to this show.
