0:10.0	And this week, what we wanted to talk to you about was Amazon storage,
0:14.0	FBA storage limits.
0:16.0	Now, this is really, really topical at the moment.
0:18.0	This week alone, we've had eight clients of ours from our VAT department,
0:22.6	contact us and say, hey, have you got any storage? Amazon's imposed some limits on us.
0:28.6	Now, typically there aren't that many limits that come into place, but historically,
0:34.6	Amazon does do that as we get to Q3 and Q4. Well, this year back in May, Amazon does do that as we get to Q3 and Q4.
0:39.1	Well, this year back in May, Amazon sent emails out and notifications out to all sellers
0:44.3	to say that when you get to week 20, it's a period in May, Q2,
0:49.3	that if your IPI, your inventory performance indicator is above 400, then you will get unlimited
0:58.0	storage for Q3 and probably for Q4. So if your IPI indicator was 400 or above happy days.
1:08.0	Now if your IPI score, which you can see across the banner in your Amazon Seller Central, if your IPI score, which you can see across the banner
1:12.3	in your Amazon Seller Central, if your IPI score is below 400,
1:17.0	then you will see storage limits being imposed
1:21.0	by Amazon now, all right?
1:23.8	Now that was coming into place as of the 1st of August.
1:26.5	We think Amazon is now starting to take notice of that.
1:29.4	And the other thing to stay is that what they also said is that there would be in,
1:33.3	if you've still got stock in Amazon and your score is below 400 and they've done a limit,
