around sponsorships and things like that but we've

got Sean Brecke is gonna kick us off today Sean works here at our office and

Sean I'm not asking you to talk about real estate you don't do real estate but

Sean works for community choice.

Community choice is in the back of our office here.

And I want Sean on for just a minute because what Sean does or has the ability to do is relevant to a lot of our

listeners out there.
