slash Wally. Some shows have fancy newsrooms and have staff or writers. Not us. So this is where you do your thing.

It's newsish on the Wally Show. For more than a year, one woman in San Jose, California, has been dealing with being the victim of a unique scam.

So she would come home and find all of these packages at her front door.

And she didn't know why.

Amazon kept delivering these packages and she's like

I'm not making any orders so why are you delivering them she looks into it and she finds out

that they're all returns from all over the country but they're all the same thing they're

faux leather car seat covers.

And people have ordered these off Amazon, didn't like them.

So then they returned them to the company.

But the thing is, is that that return label that they printed off, that address was this woman's address.

Oh, okay.

So then all the returns went to her, not back to the manufacturer. Right. And this was an overseas company. And it turns out they were trying to do

the scam. I bet. Uh-huh. Because the thing is, is if they don't get their, if they don't get the

return, then the person that's doing the return won't get their refund.

Yeah, and so they don't lose money.
