Now, I'm going to hit you with the recap of the previous episode, then we'll dive right into the action.

Last time, on Venture Maidens.

Our Maidens left the Lotus Dragons layer behind, licking both physical wounds and wounds to

their pride. After a short rest, they made swift work of some hungry crocodiles before

finally exiting the swampy region of

the arena. Their relief was short-lived as they walked into a shadowy encounter with the Purple

Knight, who tested their wits with a puzzle. After escaping the night, they stumbled across a false

altar that housed an Oni, who, luckily, was impressed by the group's manners and granted them a death-wared

boon of its own creation. As the day drew to a close, the group stopped by the arena's center,

and were disturbed when they detected an invisible creature guarding the place. Rather than pick a fight,

the group moved along to set up camp for the night, along a ridge,

which fortunately held the remains of a not-so-fortunate wizard, laden with some sweet magic

items ripe for the taking. And that's what happened. So now, here's the show.
