clip. So that to me, again, just don't show me a lot. Like give me a striking image that

is going to hook itself into my brain, which leads into what I don't like about some posters,

which is it's overcrowded because there's too much going on.

What am I supposed to be looking at here?

But at the same time, while I say yes, I want simplicity.

I want minimalism.

I don't want it to be too simple or look like you're lazy and put no thought into it.

And that is where I will point you to the posters for Halloween 2018 and Halloween kills, which are, by the way, basically the same poster. Yeah, they really are.

I don't want to come down on franchises that I'm not the biggest fan of. But when I was looking at

the Nightmare and Elm Street art and thinking about how I have these fond

memories of it, I looked up the Halloween posters and the Friday of the 13th posters, and I

was like, ah, these just feel so uninspired to me.

The best Halloween poster actually is the original film, because you have, you know,

it's like the knife going to the pumpkin, and there is a fun little tibbit that I found out, like, within the past 10 years,

where if you look at the veins on the hand, it looks like it makes a face.

Oh, okay.
