And I love this topic because as somebody

who was diagnosed with AIDD in my teens, I was told that there was really nothing I could do

and I would have to take medication for the rest of my life. Fast forward a bunch of years

having used the ketogenic diet to completely change my entire being. I no longer take my medication. And I love

that our guest, Dr Georgia, today talked about this very thing, that at first we need to get really strict around

what changes we're making with our diet, but the changes we can make with our diet completely

impact our mental health and we get to a point where our mental health is actually better,
