So today we're going to be talking about a topic that's very time we being that Father's Day is coming up.

And we are talking about the importance of fatherhood, the impact of fatherhood in our lives, and really going deep into addressing father wounds, which I know a lot of us have.

What are your thoughts about the importance of fatherhood? Like, what role do fathers play in our lives?

Yeah, that's such a loaded question. I think for a lot of us, we have just such a spectrum of experiences when it comes to fathers. But the truth is, like, every father, because he's human, is going to leave some

kind of a wound. And my dad was in the home and relatively present, worked a lot, but made

sure we were in church and held us to some level of a standard. But you may have grown up

with a present father, an apathetic father, an angry father,

a performance-based father.

I mean, so many things can happen on that spectrum, but the reason it becomes important,

not because fathers are more important than mothers, but they have very different roles.

So both roles equally important, but they're just

unique in their function, which means they can leave different wounds. And so if you think about,
