Now our first story comes from Significant Journal. Am I the asshole for saying no to my dad coming to my therapy session? My dad put me in therapy two years ago for the first time.

He's married after my mom's death and there's now

a blended family involved i wasn't as invested as everyone else and i really didn't go out of my way

to build a relationship with everyone he was concerned and decided i needed therapy i've seen

seven therapists the first two were kind of weird very religious and all questions were religion based.

The third left to practice after my second session with him. The fourth, I just didn't vibe with at all.

The fifth was too expensive and the sixth I really didn't like. My current therapist has been really

awesome and I feel like I vibe pretty well with her.

She's understanding and doesn't shame me for the stuff I say.

I've been going to her for almost five months now and she had me start her journal where I can
