Hey guys, welcome to another T-Rex Talk YouTube live. So real fast, I want to introduce everyone who's here. So I'm Lucas, the founder of T-Rex Arms. I'm here with my oldest brother Isaac, who is the chief technical

officer of the company. My brother David, who's the CFO, so he manages the money and payroll

and all that stuff that many of us don't understand. And the strategy. And the strategy as well.

But we're joined this week with our father, Jeffrey Botkin, and we're going to be talking about some of the things that we appreciated about our dad in bringing, you know, raising us and teaching us various life principles that we have taken forward into running T-Rex arms and that David and Isaac have also taken having their own families and having

their own children. I don't have any children, at least not yet. There is one thing that I want to

talk about real fast, kind of bringing guys up to speed about my dad. My dad used to work in politics

in Washington, D.C. back in the 80s and 90s, and he was able to do some pretty cool stuff back then we

may be able to talk about and what he does right now is he is a he counsels for a lot of

people and he also does humanitarian consulting and he's also on the board here at T-Rex

Arms and he's an advisor to all of us on various matters he helps us negotiate some things and he also helps keep us in check.

He also helps keep me in check and helps keep me accountable and that's something I very

much appreciate that he's been doing now for years, quite a while.

So there's one thing that I would like to start off with talking about something I'm really

grateful for that my father

did for me.

When I started, this is kind of going to T-Rex Arms, when I started the company seven years

ago, it was obviously in its very infancy stage.

I had no money.

It was tiny.

I was selling stuff on eBay.

But the thing that I really appreciated about my parents is they didn't tell me, oh, you can't do this.

You need to go do what everyone else does.
