And it's great to have you with us today.

And as you know, we are in the middle of Advent,

which is the very special and solemn season leading up to Christmas Day. And one of the things that I try to do personally and professionally is just to talk about this period and encourage people

to spend it in a way that helps them to prepare for Christmas in a way that steps outside of

cards and presents and decorating, which, of course,

I've been spending 99% of my time outside of work doing, which is why I'm grateful for people
