we're going to be talking about body positivity and some of the misunderstandings we have about

what makes a healthy body. I see a lot of Christians nowadays

pushing back on body positivity and being really wary that it means that unhealthy bodies, quote

unquote, are just going to be widely accepted and people aren't going to care about their health

anymore. So this conversation is going to ebb and flow and get into those complicated territories.

And you're allowed to have your own opinion, but I also hope that you will just open your ears

and your mind and your heart to hearing a perspective that is different because simply

vilifying people or looking at their body in particular, judging someone based just off of what you see

is never the way Christians were meant to be. So let's challenge ourselves to go deeper right now
