Hi for the Wild Community. Ianna here. I am so excited to share our new series with you, Fat of the Land. Before we begin, I'm just going to put the kettle on. And if you can, I invite you to do the same. Make a cup of something warm, settle in a little. I've been trying to start my days like this lately, just slowing things down enough to actually arrive.

Right now I'm drinking Ritchu, which I'm honestly very grateful to have found.

My friends and collaborators know this all too well.

But Ritchu is made from roasted chickory root and cacao and other delicious plants,
