finally go with microphones or whatever and I was very quiet more than more quiet than I am now and I remember just being so fucking

impressed with you because you're so articulate and knowledgeable you you amazed me you know because it's sort of like I

know you're a good therapist right I know most of my friends who are therapists are good therapists but I've never seen them in action so I know they're

good therapist sort of by way of you know guess but I see your clinical skill just show right the hell up man and it's like that this

guy knows his shit so I remember I used to go home to call him like Kirk really knows his shit I remember you

saying that to me yeah and I remember thinking huh because there was a time when you were the more

impressive one among the two of us you know to me yeah maybe in the first like two years of you know I

think longer than that maybe you were teaching back then though you were teaching but I you were learning how to

speak though you were learning how to yeah you know articulate yourself and say what you need and you need

you can't just wing that right right yeah so wherever you got you is you sweated to get there right being a

professor is the crucible of change where I would have to learn how to articulate and organize thoughts right and

also know my shit you had to know your shit and then when I became a podcaster it furthered that yeah

and then and then I think you're a side program probably furthered that a little bit more yeah the

doctorate that I engaged in was at a point in my career where I had a lot to stand on in terms

of knowledge to advance things right I feel like in my masters I was just so overwhelmed and lost

that I probably didn't absorb as much but in my doctorate I understood everything that was

happening right and had a lot of slots to put things right at the time and yeah definitely

furthered that I actually looked up so I can't remember their name but someone made a an AI

machine learning tool where I can search the entirety of our catalog of episodes for keywords wow

yeah and I searched for Bob and there were a couple episodes where we say something similar to Bob
