Tepper and Steve Grosso. We start with breaking news of this epic market

comeback, a nearly 900-point swing. It was a grim start for the day after yesterday's

historic rally. The Dow selling off at the open with losses accelerating throughout the day,

down more than 600 points at the

lows of the session, but in the final hour trading, the buyers stepped in, quickly wiped out

those losses and then some, the doubt ending the day up more than 250 points.

So are the buyers back in between yesterday's big rally

and today's big comeback?

Is it safe to get back into this market, Steve?

So when you say safe, I'm done picking this market out for two to three week increments.

I want to pick it out in two to three days, two to three hours.

So it is safe to buy the market into year end.

Is that okay?

I think you're going to see that in the next couple of days.
