fully legalize marijuana, but the high-flying podstocks here in the home front

they're plunging.

The Treasury Department at this hour is once again declining to name China as a currency manipulator as part of its official

process. The Treasury Department putting out this report here at the top of the hour saying

that although China's currency process remains, there's not a lot of transparency

around it they're saying that direct intervention by the People's Bank of China has been

limited this year so they're not naming China as a currency manipulator in fact
