Going out with a bang, the S&P 500 handing in its best week since early June, but that wasn't

enough to turn the market's positive for the month.

All three major averages ending August in the red, the NASDAQ, the worst performer. So with August,

was August just the calm before the storm. Look at the big month ahead. We've got a new round

of tariffs kicking in Sunday. That's followed by the jobs report later next week. Then

the Central Banks take center stage with the ECB meeting in mid-September and then

the biggie, the Fed decision September 18th. So are we heading into a

September to remember for a fall to forget guy?

Can it be both?

Because I think people will remember September in the fall to forget.
