But the Chart Master says the rally could be coming to a screeching halt.

But first we start off with more pain and no gain. Stocks attempting

to rally today shake off the global drama over the weekend as a crisis in Turkey

adds fuel to the fire. Global stocks have been under pressure and now the U.S.

looks to be taking a turn maybe for the

worse the Dow ending its fourth day in a row lower now down more than 400 points so okay

maybe it's not the end of the world but are we witnessing the beginning of the end of this rally,

Pete? Well, one of the things we talked about last week and even a little bit the week before was talking about the idea that, you know, the

market, what are the catalyst right now other than more negative

catalyst?

Because we've gotten so far through the S&P 500 last year, week we actually on Monday and then on

Friday it was all about the Turkish Lera and everybody was so concerned and obviously down 50% now a year to date

That's a good reason to be a bit of concerned about that particular thing, but where are the catalysts right now that are the positives and I and also when you're looking at the tenure right now and

the fact that it's pulled way back from that 3% level and you look at the

financial struggling then you look at energy you look at oil pulling back energy

starting to struggle a little bit it It's hard to find the leadership

role that we need right now. I'm not negative. I think there's going to be
