report but we start off today with the big sell-off stocks plunging on Wall Street

with the S&D 500 dropping more than 2.5% for its worst day

in two weeks and this comes as coronavirus outbreaks spike across the nation.

Florida reporting a record jump in new cases today.

The governor of Texas saying that there is a major virus outbreak sweeping the state.

And New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, imposing two week quarantines for anyone coming into the states from these new hotspots.

So given today's news, is the reopening rally now a re-closing sell-off guy?

Well, I don't think things are going to re-close.

I think that genie's out of the bottle.

I don't think there's any way to get people to go back to what we were doing obviously a few weeks ago.

So the answer to that question is no, but that's

actually worse than trying to get people to do it again. You know, I think we tried to do this

too quickly. One of the things I said, and I'm not splitting the atom here a lot of people

have said if the virus doesn't care if you're bullish bearish if you want to go to the beach if you

want to play craps in Las Vegas it has no interest in any of that. It's not going away anytime soon.
