It's just 8% away from its record high.

Yet a few big clouds still hang over the market.

First, there's a threat that civil unrest

will derail plans to reopen the economy. Add to that the rising tensions with

China, the White House blocking Chinese Airlines from flying to the United States

and of course the ongoing

coronavirus pandemic so clearly plenty of reasons for investors to be

worried and yet here we are stocks are sitting at three month high so guy what

is that expression that you like to say?

Bad news, good price action, something along those.

I mean, is that what we're seeing in the markets here?
