Stocks still having one of their worst weeks of the year as trade tensions escalate, but

are these trade tantrums the buying opportunity you've been waiting for.

But we start with the IPO everyone on Wall Street was waiting for.

That's right, Uber having a wild debut opening below its $45 IPO price, closing near the lows of the day,

closing below its open price, down nearly 8% for the rest of the market rallied back

Uber did not. This says investors questioning the rest of the market rallied back Uber did not.

This as investors questioning the value of the growth trade overall,

the Tech Heavy NASDAQ down 3% this week.

That was its worst week of the year.

Dan Nathan, what do you make of this?

Well, listen, I think it's nothing short of a disaster.

I mean, this was a massively bungled IPO

and brought to you by the company that massively bungled

the last major tech IPO which was

Facebook back in 2012 when you think about it I'll just tell you this all day long I

kept on hearing people apologizing for who bungled it oh it was Morgan Stanley I mean you know I mean do remember the the

Facebook deal back in 2012 I mean you know Facebook opened you know price at

38 traded 44 closed that day at 38 and broke the next day and just flushed and kept

on going until it was a teenager.
