And welcome everybody I am Brian Sullivan and you are watching see

and fast money where stocks were on the rise today the Dow finishing up

nearly 500 points and it was all on the back of energy. Energy had been

taking the market down. Today the complete opposite. The president saying that

he spoke with Saudi Arabia and Russia saying that they were talking about a

10 to 15 million barrel a day cut for oil production.

That sent oil spiking more than 20 percent, one of its best days ever in the market,

and that raised stocks altogether.

we've got to get some news that developed just moments ago and that is

the president invoking the Defense Production Act to encourage or force some American

companies to make ventilators. Let's get more in that breaking news right now with

Brian, President Trump has done this just a handful of times during the coronavirus

crisis, but this afternoon he issued an order

that targets six medical device companies to procure the elements and materials they need

to expedite the production of ventilators and personal protective equipment.
