here's a sobering stat on the sell-off.

The Dow has fallen nearly 11,000 points,

just as hitting an all-time high in mid-February.

That is a nearly 40% drop the fastest in history. Investors

continue to see their portfolios fall while Washington it falls short

stimulus still on hold and here's a live look at the White House
