And we're going to kick things off tonight

with two major stories in the tech world, IBM.

Up sharply.

On news that Jenny Rometi, stepping down

as the company's CEO, she will stay on

an executive chairman for a bit. The stock, as you see, is up almost 4% in the after hours.

We'll give you the full breaking details on that story straight ahead.

But we're going to start with an earnings alert. It's Amazon, the stock touching new all-time

highs. Except reporting a blowout quarter, earnings and revenues both topping expectations.

The Cloud, of course, continues to be a big engine of profitability for the company.

Amazon also giving upbeat guidance for the current quarter and the company's

conference call will kick off within the hour. As you see the stock is up almost 12% the after hours.

That would put it back in the trillion dollar club.

That would be the first time since September of 2018.

Of course it would join Microsoft and the leader still Apple there.

Guy, let's start with you, give me your take on these numbers.

It's a staggering quarter.
