The surge of the December low is raging on as the S&P 500 climbs out

of Correction Territory, but there's a number of interesting names sitting out the rally.

It could spell trouble ahead. We'll explain. Plus Tesla,

tanking after Elon Musk announced his job cuts at the electric vehicle

maker and outlines a difficult road ahead. Is this stock just too risky to own?

But first, we start off with the market rally. The Dow up more than 350

points at the highs of the day on signs of peace during the trade wars. China

offers a way to eliminate the U.S. trade imbalance. Industrial's leading the charge of names like Boeing and Caterpillar

get a boost.

But we've seen this story before.
