Welcome back to the Epic Universal podcast. I'm entertainment writer Jim Hill, and this is the podcast where we cover the latest universal news, rumors, and history. And as always, I'm joined by Eric Hersey. I have to ask, Eric, did you see the ad? The ad that the Universal Orlando Resort put out, what, in like the last 48 hours?

It started off a little different.

It was like in a rainy car or something like that, and then it gets right to the playbook of all the families and stuff getting together.

And I was on X and everybody was pretty much evangelizing.

Like, this is the best ad created and Universal really nailed it.

And they're taking a playbook out of Disney, so to speak.

And I think they've earned a seat at the nostalgia table.

I think that's one reason why I'm leaning into it so much, because I'm the one with the freaking pink and blue jacket, you know, wearing it around. I love nostalgia. So, like, I'm a 90s kid, so I'm all for it.

But I do believe I am in the small minority there, because everybody I saw was just like, they nailed it and hit it out of the park, where I begged to say that I watched the newest Mardi Gras one that they put together.
