Howie is a fourth generation kilp maker living and working in Edinburgh where he operates his family's traditional kilp making business, Jeff retailer, kilp makers, as well as his own contemporary kilp making business 21st century kilts now in its 26th year of business.

And cast howie is widely known as one of the best in the biz, having tilted a veritable who's who of stage and screen from Lenny Kravitz to Russell brand to one of my all time favorite DJs, Danny House, who never thought that he would come up on dress.
