We have a trade to announce.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to report a trade.

And... And I would say it's a surprising one. The Memphis Grizzlies trade Stephen Adams to the Houston

Rockets for Victor Ladepo and three second round picks. We do not know exactly which seconds they are but we can do some deduction.

I believe you saw that it's two and 24 and one and 25. The Houston Rockets have in 24 they do not have their own but they have

brooklands golden states and Oklahoma cities and then in 25 they have their own and

Oklahoma cities so it will be presumably three of those five and so we can have a pretty good guess.

Yeah so that's a relatively diverse set of picks.

I imagine me, maybe two of them are good

and one are bad.

I don't think we need to get too much

into which seconds they are.

I think though, you said that you're just like absolutely fascinated

to talk more about this trade.

So why don't you let us know why that is?

The main takeaway is that I kind of hate it for both teams

and there are some clear reasons why and so for the so I want to start with the rocket's perspective because there are some meaningful valuable things that a presumably healthy Stephen Adams will do for them in the 24-25 season.
