0:20.2	joined by a great panel today and my co-host Emily Langfall.

0:25.0	What a, I know that people listen to these podcasts at different times, but today we had our
0:30.1	annual staff retreat, and it was wonderful.
0:35.0	And it was just, it was great to celebrate the long tenure that so many of our
0:39.4	staff have had here. We, we were giving out pins, you know, for people serving up to 25 years
0:45.0	in a couple of cases and how blessed we are by our entire staff and by the way God works through
0:52.7	them for this church. So it was great to celebrate.
0:55.0	So we're in a great mood about those things.
0:57.2	And so we're going from that happiness and that joy and that celebration to a podcast
1:02.0	on human suffering, which is actually probably the way it should be.
1:06.8	That's life.
1:07.8	And life is full of highs and lows and everything in between.
1:10.2	And the great thing about faith is we don't have to pretend it's only, you know, once we climb the mountain,
1:14.9	we can hang out with God, but God meets us in the valleys too. So we're going to talk about that.
1:19.8	And whether you're somebody tuning in and you're looking for answers, because you saw the title
1:25.6	of this podcast, or you have loved ones who are in that
1:29.2	boat.
1:30.4	I hope that in pray we all do that this podcast will bless you and that we'll point you to a truth
