Summary

This is a bit of a catch-up episode. Reality is nibbling as Louise is home again after her retreat time to admin and domestics. Alice is arriving back after a busy art fair and feeling guilty she may have mansplained someone’s work to them among other conversations.

While not every week is a productive or creative studio time, but we all have ideas still bubbling and we talk about how to move from a fantasy version (which may stay in your head) to moving towards making them a reality while they are still hazy.

Very tiring week back. And I have just returned from a very busy Manchester art fair last night. So we are going to do this as a one take wonder with no edits. People, you know, said, oh, they were quite surprised that we edit. They thought we were this seamless and eloquent without

0:58.6

arms and ours naturally.

1:00.3

Oh, they thought it was so rubbish it can possibly be edited one way or another.

1:06.0

1:36.2

So I went out for dinner with him on Thursday, hang on Friday, private view, Saturday,

1:40.6

Sunday and then actually we got packed up fairly swiftly so I decided to drive home and

1:45.2

sleep in my own bed with my own pillow and my own mattress which is always much nicer rather than

1:52.3

wait and stay another night. So I was home late-ish, but you know it was good to wake

1:56.7

up at home this morning. It was good. It was different from last year because last year they still had time tickets and so there was a consistent

2:06.7

flow and I think people who came were a bit more committed whereas this year it was very busy.
