It's a hell of a day to talk ball, man.

And joining me to do just that is one of, I'm just going to say it, one of my favorite people

in the business from a person

standpoint and also an analysis standpoint. It's Rich Rebar of Sharp Football Analysis. Rich, Lord Rebes

himself. What's going on, buddy? Matt, yeah, it's great that we get a chance to check in. It's

been a while, I think, since the last season. You're one of also my favorite people to check in with that.

You know, I remember podcasting with you while I was, you know, in a townhouse and like

in my bedroom while you were at backyard banter and, you know, look at us now, man.

I mean, you're out here podcasted, you know, with Austin Echler, you know, making all these

life moves. I'm so, I'm so happy to see everything,

like, where you've come, because I remember back then, you kind of being like, well, you know,

because you're a younger guy, you know, then, you know, you're a little age, you know, season

now. Just a little bit. But I remember you kind of being like, you know, to see where you are now and what you've built, you know, at reception and at Yahoo and everything you're accomplishing in your life, I feel like you're in a really

tremendous life space right now. Thank you, man. I feel better than ever, honestly, about my

career and everything. And, you know, even if there's always that little bit like, oh, can I keep cheating like, you know, Dave Damashack from NFL Network always used to

put it that way. Like just you're, you're doing this like you really feel like you're cheating

life. And I, I, I hope to continue to feel that way. And, you know, I've been so happy to see

you on the same path, man. I mean, personally, professionally, you look fantastic. I know you're feeling great.
