1:31.3	Sure, I'll take that trade.
1:33.0	And so then I have the Toyota Corolla and I sell it.
1:35.6	And so then I take that cash, and I'm looking for okay, where am I going to put that cash?
1:40.6	Because this is kind of my side hustle, right?
1:42.6	This is my pastor side hustle.
1:44.1	And so I'm looking for where I'm going to put that cash.
1:46.0	I'm looking at different things.
1:47.8	And I see that.
1:49.8	And I'm like, dude, gotta have that, right?
1:53.2	Gotta have it.
