Welcome back to another Adam Schaefter podcast.

We are now in the middle of the preseason and getting ready for the fantasy football season.

And that's why this week we will be joined by ESPN's newest fantasy football analyst Liz Loza, who joins ESPN after serving at Yahoo Sports on a variety of fancy football

related content, doing a podcast with Chargers

running back Austin Echler and now she arrives in Bristol to dispense fantasy wisdom and

insight which she will be sharing today on which players she is targeting and which players she is

avoiding. But the preseason is underway and as usual, there are a host of storylines to follow.

Did you see that the Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson announced that he will not do a contract

extension once the regular season begins,

which means that the Ravens now have a few weeks to try to get a new contract done for Lamar Jackson.

And I would say this, if we've gone through all of last year and all of this year to get to this point.

And it's still not done.

What is going to change here in the next few weeks to get that deal done?

And so on that basis alone, the chances are better than not that Lamar Jackson will not have a new contract by the time the regular season kicks off
