We have made it through week three.

Did you make it through with at least all of your body parts intact?

I am still here, luckily, last week was insane,

you know, it was pretty rough for all I feel like

and you know definitely more rough for some than others I believe

that was now your third water bet you've lost to me Mike so you know what is counting besides

you been but no it was crazy and I look I'm feeling good for two reasons. One because of our

fabulous co-host is back and I will let him make his grand re-entrance here in a second

but two because it was such a rough week last week, I feel like this week is going to be a lot better.

I have positive vibes.

So do not let, do not get down if it was a rough week.
