We are heading into an election here in the United States, which is always a time where

political rhetoric gets heated, people are feeling tense, but this is not a typical

election.

Many of the actions that Donald Trump has taken and statements he's made have been

denounced as fascist, which has sparked a debate over the definition of fascism.

By the way, the dictionary defines fascism as a political movement, philosophy or regime

that glorifies the nation and often a particular race, while squashing individual rights, and

using severe government or social control to suppress political opposition.

And lately, I've been thinking about how science fiction and fantasy have depicted fascism,

but not the detolitarian regimes, the good guys and the bad guys are clearly defined.
