I'm a main character who's based on a real person, Lee Israel,

claims that she is working on a fanny brace biography.

I promised to anybody who's not seen the movie, this is in no way a spoiler.

There is a minor spoiler I will give you, which is that one other character says,

So this got me thinking about how little I actually knew about fanny brace.
