We talk real estate every week.

you are back you are back and it's good you've been busy out there doing lots of mortgage-related

stuff so i know that your mind is right in the thick of what's happening in the news.

So we're going to talk about what people have heard this week, put it in context for real estate investors, and there's a lot going on.

But kind of before we do, I think we have to kind of set the stage, if you will, and talk about who these various players are so we don't lose anybody. Right. No investor left behind. Well, first of all, when it comes to being thick, I mean, you talked about being the thick of it.

There you go. As far as my mind goes. and mortgage industry are hearing a lot more about people like Fannie and Freddie and the FDIC

and the Financial Services Committee and the Treasury and all these different people.
