The guy could tell Punk, you know, Sue Punk, and the word is assault, because that's what

punk did.

He assaulted the guy. We're not talking morals right now. We're talking

legality. So if he takes punk to court for assault, the judge will award the guy, whatever,

maybe just maybe something is simple for damages to his phone or whatever. But the guy would win in court. But instead of doing that,

he said, I'm not going to sue. All I want is an apology. I definitely see the other side of this

from a moral point of view or the right thing to do. Trust me, if that was Uncle Bubba in the lobby and I was

standing next to the guy with the camera and watching him film things, the situation might

have been even more different than there's just a smacking away from a phone. But I totally

Tommy, based on what Johnny said, like, do you have an opinion on the, let's just take the fan

that was videotaping the two ladies? Can we agree or I don't know, was what he was doing wrong?
