A trusted fire chief, a frantic 911 call, and a secret romance.

Prosecutors say turned deadly.

We begin this hour with a case where investigators

claim a husband's double life ended in murder. Kevin West is the man on trial, accused of killing

his wife Marcy to run away with his mistress. Now, Kevin reportedly told 911 dispatchers in January

of last year that Marcy had a seizure and stopped breathing.

But later, a medical examiner took a closer look and determined that her cause of death

was exphyxia with blunt neck trauma, prompting Kevin's arrest.

And that's where we find him now on trial, charged with first-degree murder.
