rituals are a great way to strengthen your family, to make your family stronger, to make the

connections between parents, husband, wife, children, closer, stronger together. Okay, and I'm going

to talk specifically about a new little ritual that we started just this week with our family,

something I started, and it's called a pommander, making a pommander, and I'll actually teach you how

to make a pommander is very simple, and I'll tell you what is a pommander. I didn't know what a pommander

was until recently, and it's kind of a fun little project. So let's talk about the word ritual.

A way of doing something in which the same actions are done in the same way every time. Okay,

this is perfect. Okay, so what is a ritual? It's certain actions that we do the same, and we repeat

them again and again. So for example, like, coffee is part of my morning ritual. Coffee is part of my
