I also want to thank every person that has been commenting, subscribing, reviewing. It helps us so much, whether it be on YouTube or on iTunes. Thank you so much for doing that. We're going to

jump right in because we have such a special guest today. But as I said, last episode, we're

going to answer some questions today. So I'm going to jump into answering a couple questions.

This first one is from Jonas. He said, what do you do if you realize that there are things in the leadership

of your pastor that you can't ignore? Well, welcome to life and leadership. I think the reality is

that I read a book years ago called The Dark Side of Leadership. There is a dark side to every leader. And I think,

Jonas, maybe what you're saying is there's some things in your pastor that you have confronted,

as you said in your question, and you can't ignore. And I always find when you're not really

pleased with your leadership and you don't feel like, you know what,

even though I'm not pleased, I'm supposed to be here, if you don't feel like I've got to stay

no matter what, one of the most important things you can do is get under healthy leadership.

So in other words, what I'm saying is unless God has said you need to stay here,

even in spite of your differences or what you're having to work through, maybe it's character

issues or a conflict of interest. If there's not a mandate to stay, find a pastor that you

respect and that you love and that you can hear the word of God from. I always feel like if I'm going to be

under somebody's leadership, I need to hold them in the utmost respect. I need to love their family,
