a laboratory for independent radio producers, writers and performers. I'm calling this episode Family Just and is the good guy when dad becomes a detective hitting the streets of Brooklyn chasing

down leads and anonymous tips tracking clues all while the clock keeps ticking he

needs to find his kid's little dog.

But before that, a story from comic Jackie Kaysen,

where her relative isn't the hero.

The way she tells it, her uncle was always the black sheep of the family, maybe even more than

anyone realized.

But in the end, the gavel of family justice falls hard.

So there are bad role models in my family.

And what I know about this story is based essentially on what I know of

my uncle Tom what my parents told me and what I read in the newspapers.

My Uncle Tom was a bad person,

and he wasn't very bright.

I don't know if you remember the big Tylenol scare in the early 80s.

Some nut was putting cyanide in Tylenol capsules and a bunch of people died.

And then there was a copycat incident in Menominee Falls, Wisconsin, where someone put cyanide in a can of

Coke and someone died. Well, that was my Uncle Tom. My uncle Tom was an accountant and he was doing some embezzling. He was embezzling from his job at the state of Wisconsin. He was embezzling from his church he embezzled from my dad these
